Please read carefully before using the platformAjumba Home Services ("Platform", "We", "Us") is a technology-based lead generation platform that connects Customers with independent local Service Providers (Workers). We are registered and operated from Bihar, India.
Ajumba is ONLY a digital matchmaking platform — not a service provider.
Workers are verified via mobile OTP + Aadhaar ID photo before their profile is activated by admin.
⚠️ Verification confirms identity only. It does NOT guarantee skill, behavior, or service quality. Ajumba is NOT responsible for the actions of verified workers.
Workers must keep their Aadhaar and contact information accurate. Misuse of verification or impersonation will result in permanent ban and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Ajumba Home Services and its founder, directors, and employees shall NOT be liable for:
Users explicitly agree the platform is ONLY a digital intermediary and accepts NO responsibility for user actions or service outcomes.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ajumba and its management from any claims, damages, penalties, or legal proceedings arising from: your use of the platform, your interaction with other users, or any service transaction entered through the platform.
All disputes related to service quality, pricing, or conduct are strictly between the Customer and the Worker. Ajumba may assist with information but is NOT obligated to mediate or resolve user disputes and cannot be made a party to any such dispute.
🚫 Violation will result in immediate permanent account ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date will be reflected in the header. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
